What to include in your inspection request

Tell us whether the property is a home, business, or industrial site, and include the service address. Describe where you see pigeons, nesting material, or droppings: beneath solar panels, along roof ledges, inside a roof recess, or above a covered entry. If you have already tried screening, netting, spikes, or another deterrent, mention what was installed and where pigeons are still returning.

You do not need to identify the solution before contacting us. Share what you can observe from the ground; please do not climb onto your roof to gather information for the form. For a managed property, include the business name and let us know about any access arrangements we should discuss when scheduling.

What happens during the free in-person inspection?

We look at the areas pigeons are using and discuss the cleanup and prevention options suited to your property. Depending on the structure, that may involve screening, bird netting, bird wire, or solar panel bird proofing. The recommendation depends on the nesting areas and access points we find, rather than a single treatment used for every property.

Submitting this form requests contact from our team; it does not confirm an appointment time. We will discuss scheduling with you. You can also read about our inspection, cleanup, and pigeon-proofing process or review our frequently asked questions before the visit.
