At this Tempe property, the work focused on the back patio and roof immediately above it. Our crew pressure washed the affected areas and fitted half-inch PVC-coated screening across the open patio sections shown in the inspection photos.
Net the recesses beside an entrance tower
This project combined pressure washing with black netting on both sides of the front tower above the entrance. Birdwire along the roof peaks and gables addressed additional perching surfaces. The selected photos show one of the tower recesses before and after installation.
Screen beneath rooftop equipment
Our crew removed loose droppings and nests, pressure washed the affected areas, and installed half-inch PVC-coated screening around the open space beneath the rooftop air-conditioning unit. The project also included screening at the back patio beams.
